Barbarossa catering services provides everything you need to organize your wedding or special event. A superb menu from Barbarossa’s selected dishes, consisting of 4 different selections, a wide selection of drinks & bartending services, live music or Dj playing your selected music, light equipment, and decoration.
All services are available either at Barbarossa Restaurant or your selected location in Paros or Antiparos.
Barbarossa’s venue can host up to 800 persons (300 indoors & 500 outdoors).

Salads (serves 4 persons)
Greek salad with feta cheese, rusks and organic olive oil from Mytilini.
Barbarossa salad with cabbage, orange, mango, pine seeds and parmesan flakes.
Appetizers (serves 4 persons)
Chickpeas cooked in a traditional wood oven.
Grouper carpaccio with caper tomato lime and thyme.
Tuna tataki with seaweed base and truffle and soy sauce dressing.
Shrimp pies with fruit chutney

Fresh grouper with wild greens from Paros.
Whole grain orzo pasta with crayfish, sundried tomatoes, and artichokes.
